Financial Assistance Program for High Emitting Vehicles

The AirCheck Texas Repair and Replacement Assistance Program is designed to help vehicle owners comply with vehicle emissions standards to reduce ozone-forming pollutants created by on-road motor vehicles. It addresses the highest polluting vehicles and provides an incentive for citizens to contribute to the regional air quality solution. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION

Vehicle owners in Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, and Tarrant Counties may be eligible for assistance if their vehicle fails the mandatory emissions inspection test. Brochures about the program are available at all State inspection stations within the nine counties.
